RF Test Engineer

We are seeking a skilled RF Test Engineer to join our team. As an RF Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our RF modules, components, and sub-systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Testing and Validation: Perform thorough testing of RF modules, components, and sub-systems using a range of instruments, including Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Signal Generators, Power Meters, etc.
  • Soldering and Repair: Carry out manual soldering and rework, including fine-pitch and small-size components (0402, QFNs, etc.) for debugging and repairs.
  • Assistance to Engineers: Assist engineers in prototype validation, failure analysis, and production testing.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and calibrate test equipment and tools.
  • Documentation: Record and document test results accurately in internal systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement of test procedures and workflows.
  • Additional Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Education: NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related engineering field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in RF testing will be an advantage.
  • Skills: Hands-on experience with RF test equipment, basic knowledge of RF principles and measurement techniques, hands-on experience with manual soldering, strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Soft Skills: Good working attitude, fluent in English, conversational and written, self-motivated & goal oriented, work in a team environment and interface with all levels within the organization.
