RF Test Specialist

As a seasoned RF test professional, you will be responsible for the thorough examination and validation of RF modules, components, and sub-systems.

This involves working closely with engineers to assist in prototype validation, failure analysis, and production testing.

  • Perform rigorous testing of RF modules, components, and sub-systems using precision instruments such as Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Signal Generators, Power Meters, etc.
  • Conduct manual soldering and rework, including fine-pitch and small-size components (0402, QFNs, etc.) for debugging and repairs.
  • Assist in maintaining and calibrating test equipment and tools.
  • Accurately record and document test results in internal systems.
  • Support continuous improvement of test procedures and workflows.

Key qualifications include:

  • NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related engineering field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in RF testing is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with RF test equipment is essential.
  • Basic understanding of RF principles and measurement techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • A strong work ethic.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
