Job Title: Strategic Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Growth Manager to drive our marketing efforts and expand our brand presence in the AI and B2B software sectors.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to enhance our market presence and brand image.
  • Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to create marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive customer acquisition.
  • Manage and produce high-quality marketing content, including product brochures, blogs, case studies, and video content.
  • Oversee the creation and management of marketing materials, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Conduct market research to identify new market opportunities and customer preferences.
  • Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage external partnerships with media outlets, agencies, and vendors to increase brand visibility.
  • Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and webinars to promote our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the tech, AI, or B2B software industry.
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and increasing brand awareness.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation tools).
