Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Customer Service Executive Assistant. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver customer service excellence by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage queries, requests, and feedback.
  • Process and track medical reports and related documents, ensuring timely updates and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and address delays or lapses in medical reviews, taking proactive steps to expedite cases and prevent further delays.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to facilitate timely follow-up actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other common software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High customer service orientation.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Highly disciplined, detailed, and meticulous.
  • Initiative and proactive.
  • Analytical with good problem-solving skills.
