We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing world-class service.
The role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- This includes responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- You will process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including order entry processing. Additionally, you will coordinate servicing arrangements for customers when technical support is required.
- Assisting with delivery updates, product information, and issue resolution is also crucial to this role.
- Maintaining detailed and up-to-date records in the CRM system is essential to this role.
- You will collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, logistics) to support customer needs.
- Providing basic training or troubleshooting guidance to dealers/resellers when required is also expected.
Key Requirements:
- A diploma in Business Management or a related field is preferred.
- At least 5 years' experience as a customer service or client support-related role is essential.
- Preferred experience in Mechanical or Electrical products/services is beneficial.
- Ability to understand and communicate basic technical information is necessary.
- Solid customer orientation, core understanding of the customer lifecycle, and customer needs is vital.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a must.
- Proactive, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment is expected.
- Strong customer-first attitude with problem-solving capabilities is required.
- Bilingual to liaise with associates is a plus.
- Proficient in Google Workspace is necessary.
