Pivotal Customer Service Role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill this pivotal role, dedicated to providing top-notch customer service to all clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming telephone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence, ensuring that each client receives timely and effective support.
  • Coordinate the enrollment process for new students, including arranging schedules with qualified instructors and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support the Centre Manager in their daily tasks, collaborating on various projects and initiatives to drive business growth and success.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of presentation and tidiness.
  • Manage petty cash accounts, submitting regular reports and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Process payments for assessment fees and term fees, issuing receipts and tracking transactions.
  • Receive and process applications for assessment or term fees, applying established policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the sales and marketing team, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

  • A strong ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively, with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, with occasional availability to cover shifts during off-peak hours.
