We are seeking an exceptional customer service professional. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and supporting our centres.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Explain our courses, education philosophy, and pedagogy to potential customers.
  • Promote centre programmes through effective communication and relationship building.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, responding promptly to their queries and concerns.
  • Handle phone and email inquiries efficiently, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and provide excellent customer service throughout the process.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Arrange replacement lessons for students and appointments for parents, Centre Management, or teachers, demonstrating flexibility and organizational skills.
  • Manage centre inventory and logistics, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required, such as filing documents and maintaining a tidy workspace.

Requirements:

  • Hold a minimum of GCE 'A' levels or Diploma qualifications, demonstrating academic achievement and potential for growth.
  • Possess at least 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service-related roles, preferably in enrichment centres settings.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MacBook and G-Suites (e.g., Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets), showcasing technical skills and adaptability.
  • Show willingness to be deployed at other centres due to work exigencies, highlighting flexibility and a team-oriented mindset.
