Legal & Compliance Manager / Executive

Job Description
Assist in reviewing / drafting of contracts and agreements, forms, contract templates and other legal documents.
Assist in drafting and implementation of Company Legal policies and practices for legal compliance and documentation maintenance.
Assist in providing legal advice / opinions on ad-hoc operational and legal issues.
Handling counterparties onboarding / KYC Process / Compliance issues.
Provide administrative support to the Legal and Compliance team.
Ensure proper maintenance of files and documents under the purview of the Legal and Compliance including all legal agreements.
Qualifications
Possess Bachelor Degree in Law from a recognized University.
Minimum 5 years of experience in general corporate and commercial work, preferably with involvement in legal counsel at in-house environment.
With prior experience in corporate secretarial work with knowledge of Singapore and English Law.
Required Skills
Meticulous, attention to details, conscientious and possess good communications and interpersonal skills.
Excellent Time Management, Coordination and Communication skills.
Able to read, write and speak in both English and Mandarin (due to requirements to correspond with China counterparties and customers in the course of work).
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
