Customer Service Role

We are seeking a Customer Service professional to join our team as a Service Crew. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming guests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the room and keeping the environment tidy at all times
  • Taking food and drink orders, cashiering, and performing other ad hoc duties as required
  • Ensuring that guests receive attention at all times and building rapport with them to create loyal and satisfied customers
Requirements:
  • Minimum O-level education
  • Outgoing, presentable, and service-oriented personality
  • Cheerful, independent, and self-motivated individual
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
What We Offer:
As a Service Crew member, you will receive a one-time sign-on bonus of $500 after 6 consecutive months of work. This is in addition to your regular salary and benefits package.
