Exceptional Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Service Crew to deliver exceptional customer service, prepare food according to high standards and maintain a clean environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for guests by greeting them with a cheerful manner.
- Menu Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of menu items and explain them accurately to guests.
- Cash Handling: Operate the Point of Sale system efficiently, collect payments from guests and handle cash transactions correctly.
- Food Preparation: Prepare food neatly and in a timely manner according to proper food handling safety and storage procedures.
- Inventory Management: Check products in service unit areas, restock items and ensure sufficient supplies throughout the shift.
- Adherence to Safety Standards: Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean-up.
- Restaurant Maintenance: Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean image and understand the 3-step method for cleaning.
- Personal Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in the SUBWAY Operations Manual.
- Accountability: Account for all forms of money, equipment and stocks during the shift.
- Stock Receipt and POS Entry: Assist on receiving stock delivery, arranging and entering POS system including send/call feedback to supplier.
- Training and Development: Complete University of SUBWAY courses as directed.
