Exceptional Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a motivated professional to manage new and existing client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- The ideal candidate will respond to daily customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively, fostering strong relationships with clients.
- This role involves coordinating with airlines and coloaders to manage clients' booking and logistics requests, inputting shipment details and job costing into the freight system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintaining good working relationships with local and overseas clients, agents, airlines representatives, and coloaders is essential for this position.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of related work experience in a customer-facing role.
- Good understanding of shipping procedures and practices.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Certificate in Transport Logistics or DGR is an added advantage.
