You will be the key point of contact for member inquiries regarding membership plans, class schedules, equipment usage, and other services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet members and visitors with a smile and ensure they feel welcome in our facilities.
  • Assist members with inquiries regarding membership plans, class schedules, equipment usage, and other services.
  • Process membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor gym facilities to maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to member feedback and concerns, escalating issues as needed.

Requirements:

  • Possess a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity, and excellent work ethics.
  • Able to commit to shift work, including public holidays and weekends.
  • Pro-active, able to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic administrative duties - good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve member issues effectively.
