Customer Service Representative
">- We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our members and providing a warm and welcoming environment in our facilities.
">You will be the key point of contact for member inquiries regarding membership plans, class schedules, equipment usage, and other services.
">The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, and will receive comprehensive training and development programs to enhance their skills and career progression.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Greet members and visitors with a smile and ensure they feel welcome in our facilities.
- Assist members with inquiries regarding membership plans, class schedules, equipment usage, and other services.
- Process membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor gym facilities to maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to member feedback and concerns, escalating issues as needed.
Requirements:
">- Possess a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity, and excellent work ethics.
- Able to commit to shift work, including public holidays and weekends.
- Pro-active, able to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Basic administrative duties - good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve member issues effectively.
