Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to enhance revenue and expand market reach. Recommend bespoke educational programs to meet the needs of parents and students. Collaborate with a proficient team of education consultants, offering guidance and support. Analyze customer data and provide insightful reports to senior management. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making. Uphold values of delivering excellence, being customer-obsessed, and being radically open-minded in all interactions and decisions. Requirements A visionary leader with a history of success in sales management and team leadership (4+ years experience). Passionate about education and dedicated to empowering young learners through transformative experiences. A strategic thinker with sharp business acumen and a focus on customer satisfaction. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others. Resilient, adaptable, and eager to tackle challenges in an innovative environment.
