Assistant Manager, Trust Administration (Private Clients) , based in our Vistra Singapore office. This is a full-time and permanent position within our Private Clients function.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Trust Relationship Managers by delivering a full suite of trust and corporate services to clients
Facilitate and coordinate with different service providers and professional advisors to complete client’s requests and instructions
Process bank account opening documents, credit facilities, insurance transfer/purchase documents, distribution requests
Conduct administrative reviews on existing trust and company structures such as periodic reviews and transaction monitoring
Comply with the Group’s internal control and audit standards
Participate in ad hoc projects or matters
Key Requirements:
STEP Diploma professional certification would be an advantage
At least 4-6 years of Trust administration experience
Strong knowledge of the Trust regulatory and compliance regime
Detail oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and minimum supervision
Strong work ethics, professional, approachable, results oriented
