We are seeking a highly skilled Trust Administration Professional to join our team in Singapore. As an Assistant Manager, Trust Administration (Private Clients), you will play a key role in delivering a full suite of trust and corporate services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4-6 years of experience in trust administration, with a strong knowledge of the trust regulatory and compliance regime. You will be detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and minimum supervision, and possess strong work ethics, professionalism, and approachability.

As part of our Private Clients function, you will support Trust Relationship Managers by facilitating and coordinating with different service providers and professional advisors to complete client requests and instructions. This will include processing bank account opening documents, credit facilities, insurance transfer/purchase documents, and distribution requests.

You will also conduct administrative reviews on existing trust and company structures, such as periodic reviews and transaction monitoring, and comply with the Group's internal control and audit standards.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will be a strong communicator and team player, able to participate in ad hoc projects or matters as required.
