We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage relationships with Small Medium Enterprise (SME) clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in commercial lending, including SME financing, credit assessment, and client relationship management.

The role entails identifying and engaging potential SME clients, promoting suitable financial solutions tailored to their needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing new business opportunities through proactive engagement and negotiation.
  • Maintaining and growing existing SME accounts by delivering exceptional customer service and product expertise.
  • Conducting comprehensive credit analyses, including financial statement reviews and risk assessments.
  • Creating customized proposals that meet the unique needs of each client.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of new business acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • An understanding of commercial finance products, including secured and unsecured loans, property loans, and working capital facilities.
  • Experience with financial statement analysis and credit writing.

Desirable Skills:

  • Report writing, particularly for credit proposals involving financial analysis.
