What you will be working on: Responsibilities:You will support the Coaching Industry Development (CID) team on NROC membership administration and enquiries and programme outreach.• Review NROC membership in system and verify accuracy of information• Manage and monitor the general inbox, ensuring timely response to all incoming communications and maintaining inbox organisation• Conduct system user acceptance test• Support CID team in disciplinary actions to be taken for breaches of Code of Ethics in relation to screening and any other disciplinary actions• Produce collaterals to facilitate NROC membership administration, CoachSG workshops and conferences• Coordinate code of ethics workshop and other programmes outreach What we are looking for: Requirements:We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following;• Positive, pro-active and good team player• Effective communication skill, good problem-solving mindset, positive attitude and willingness to learnThe level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records.
