What you will be working on: Responsibilities:In this role, you will contribute to and support the operations planning and execution to enable Team Singapore athletes to perform at their best and achieve sustained podium successes at Major and Para multi-sport games.• Collaborate with SNOC/SNPC to provide comprehensive support throughout the games cycle (pre-games, during games, and post-games)• Coordinate comprehensive athlete support programmes across SportSG for games preparation and execution• Manage stakeholder information and coordinate major games preparation initiatives• Develop and coordinate Crisis Management Plans for each multi-sports game• Manage Major Games Data Processes on Digital Platforms What we are looking for: Job Requirements:We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following:• Background in sports management or related field.• Possess good conceptual, analytical and project management skills, with attention to detail.• Able to manage relationships and people to contribute towards timely and effective management of projects.• Strong ability to work with teams and yet able to manage initiatives independently, where applicable.• Adaptability and ability to work in high-pressure environments• Proficient in Microsoft applications (i.e. Word, Power point and Excel)The level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records.
