**What you will be working on**
- You will be reporting to the Team lead, Coaching Industry Development. In this role, you will be part of the team to manage the development and enforcement of policies and programmes in the areas of coaching employment, ensure quality assurance through the National Registry of Coaches, including the management of disciplinary breaches.
In this role, You will,
- Lead the management of SportSG-ED, the online learning portal for coaches, athletes, the sporting community and SportSG staff
- Lead the membership management of NROC administration and related system requirements together with key stakeholders.
- Lead the disciplinary proceedings for breaches of the NROC’s Code of Ethics
- Lead industry studies with stakeholders and conduct in depth analysis on the state of coaching in Singapore as well as the current and future coaching needs of the industry including impact studies on initiatives introduced
- Develop initiatives to enhance narratives of coaches and coaching in Singapore

- Background in Business, Law, Sports, Learning or related disciplines
- 5 - 8 years working experience in systems management. Relevant experience in disciplinary proceedings will be considered as well
- Demonstrated experience in policy development and implementation
- Familiarity with research, impact studies and data analytics
- Excellent communications skills
