Procurement Transformation Expert: ">

  • We are seeking a highly experienced procurement professional to lead and deliver full lifecycle implementations, including project planning, execution, delivery, and client management.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving cross-platform strategy and design, managing end-to-end projects, and ensuring seamless integration and adoption of the procurement platform.

Responsibilities:

">
  • Design and architect procurement solutions across platforms like Coupa, GEP SMART, ZYCUS based on business goals.
  • Manage client engagements with a focus on project delivery excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Conduct workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into functional & technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with client-side and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of all milestones.
  • Provide pre-sales support: including solutioning, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and conducting tailored product demonstrations.
  • Analyze procurement processes and recommend automation and digitalization improvements.

Requirements:

  • 10 to 15 years of total experience in leading SaaS Procurement implementations.
  • Proven hands-on experience with at least 2 full-cycle Coupa implementations as a Project Manager or Functional Lead.
  • Coupa Platform certification or relevant certification is must.
  • Working knowledge and/or experience in Zycus, GEP SMART, and Ivalua will be an added advantage.
  • Strong experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P) process areas: sourcing, contract management, supplier management, purchasing, invoicing, and spend analytics.
  • Ability to conduct client workshops, gather requirements, and develop business process designs.
