We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our procurement transformation initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Transition and Transformation Manager to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving strategic change programs that optimize sourcing, procurement, and supplier management processes.

You will work closely with clients to transition their procurement operations, ensuring seamless onboarding and delivering measurable improvements in procurement performance.

  • Lead complex transition and transformation projects, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive global operational excellence.
  • Develop and manage detailed transition plans covering people, processes, systems, and governance.
  • Maintain compliance with service level agreements, key performance indicators, and contractual obligations during transition phases.
