Product Manager - Digital Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Digital Change Leader to drive our procurement strategy forward.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive product roadmap for AI-driven procurement initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and enterprise architecture.
  • Identify and incubate innovative digital solutions through rapid experimentation and proof-of-concept initiatives, leading the transition of successful POCs into scalable, enterprise-ready products.
  • Collaborate with sourcing managers, category leads, and IT teams to identify opportunities for digital transformation, overseeing the design, development, and deployment of AI-enabled tools that enhance procurement efficiency and decision-making.
  • Manage cross-functional project teams, timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure successful delivery, monitoring product performance and adoption using data to drive enhancements and resolve issues.

The ideal candidate will have experience with autonomous sourcing, eSourcing platforms, or sourcing optimization tools, and be able to translate business requirements into scalable product features and user experiences.

A strong background in procurement digitalization, industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices is essential. The role requires a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement within the procurement organization.

This position involves collaboration with global partners, solution providers, and internal stakeholders to define product vision, shape roadmaps, and deliver seamless, scalable solutions. Key responsibilities include defining and implementing the product roadmap, identifying and incubating innovative digital solutions, and leading the transition of successful POCs into enterprise-ready products.

The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and deployment of AI-enabled tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and enterprise architecture. They will also manage cross-functional project teams, timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure successful delivery.
