Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Procurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving digital transformation of the whole-of-government procurement function.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and implementing organizational systems, with at least 2-4 years of experience in business process redesign and/or change management.

Key responsibilities include working with agencies across the government to jointly review, challenge, and streamline existing procurement processes to enable the digitalization of a seamless Budget-Procure-to-Pay experience.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for managing the tender and supplier such that the GeBIZ project is executed efficiently and on schedule in an agile manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Background in procurement and implementing organizational systems
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in business process redesign and/or change management
  • Able to look at issues from a whole-of-government perspective
  • Have a dare-to-do attitude and not afraid to challenge the status quo
  • Self-driven and committed individual able to work independently and within teams
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and project management skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
