Manager, Limits Monitoring – RHB Singapore Join to apply for the Manager, Limits Monitoring role at RHB Singapore. Role Overview: The role involves daily operations and credit monitoring within the Limits Monitoring Team. Key Responsibilities Perform daily BAU operations, including limits activation/maintenance, static data maintenance, and limits monitoring. Track and monitor covenants, credit review due dates, facility excesses, collateral shortfalls, collateral expiry dates, litigation alerts, and insurance expiry dates. Ensure accuracy, efficiency and meet the agreed turnaround time with Business Units while avoiding operational risks and losses. Support process improvements to increase productivity, efficiency and reduce costs. Maintain good business relationships with key stakeholders; align actions to customer needs. Respond to Business Units' requests and enquiries within stipulated timelines. Collaborate with the Team Lead to engage Business Units to resolve BAU issues and improve processes. Participate actively in moving the team towards completion of goals and developing a service-oriented culture. Support Business Units in digitalisation initiatives and launch of new products. Participate in process digitalisation or automation initiatives. Ensure all SLA/TAT are met; contribute ideas to improve TAT, efficiency and reduce internal errors. Identify operational risks and implement measures/controls to plug risk gaps in line with internal and external policies and regulatory requirements. Work with the Team Lead to ensure audit rating is "Satisfactory" or better and no/minimal operational lapses/financial losses. Take part in BCP, risk or data stewardship roles. Maintain high standards for self-development; initiate action plans such as attending courses from APLMA to understand clauses in the Facility Agreement.
