Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term HR strategies, plans, and programs aligned with organizational goals. Talent Management: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and retention. Policy Development: Create, implement, and enforce company-wide HR policies and procedures. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation, benefits, and payroll programs. Employee Relations: Handle conflicts, grievances, and exit interviews while fostering a positive workplace environment. Payroll & HR Systems: Manage payroll cycles and maintain accurate HR MIS records. HR Leadership: Lead and supervise the HR team, ensuring effective operations and providing strategic guidance. Budget Management: Develop and oversee the HR department’s budget. Reporting & Analytics: Analyze HR data, track key metrics, and provide insights for decision-making. Organizational Culture: Promote and sustain a positive, productive company culture aligned with business objectives. Skills & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources. Minimum 15 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. IHRP-CP (Certified Professional) certification required. Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to align HR with business goals. Proven leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization. Strong analytical ability to interpret HR data and trends. Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, compensation, benefits, labor laws, and talent management.
