We are seeking a skilled and dedicated leader to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who shares our passion for exceptional hospitality and culinary excellence.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing plans to source potential business and collaboration opportunities that improve guest experience and drive revenue. They will also assist the Restaurant Manager in creating a cohesive restaurant environment, setting business goals, and managing expenses while achieving revenue targets during profit and loss analysis. Additionally, they will collaborate with management and HQ teams to develop the brand and business, oversee daily operations, provide leadership and clear direction for the service team, and maintain trust and support with team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Consistent track record of employment in hospitality-related leadership role
- Strong business and people acumen including strategic planning, operation management, talent management
- Unwavering passion in delivering the best possible experience to all who come through our doors
- Knowledge of Spanish cuisine and/or experience in a tapas or Mediterranean restaurant is a plus
