Job Title: Restaurant Operations Leader

Job Summary:

Our Restaurant Operations Leader will oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and high-quality dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Operations Leader to manage all aspects of our restaurant's daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations efficiently
  • Delivering superior service and exceeding customer expectations
  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer complaints and feedback
  • Conducting regular product quality reviews and researching new suppliers to enhance offerings
  • Organizing and supervising shifts, ensuring seamless team communication and productivity
  • Providing constructive feedback and coaching staff to improve performance and achieve sales targets
  • Estimating future demand for inventory, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant restaurant environment, adhering to sanitation and safety regulations
  • Developing and implementing strategies to maintain a positive brand image and drive business growth
  • Analyzing operational costs and identifying opportunities to reduce waste and optimize efficiency
  • Preparing comprehensive reports on revenue and expenses for management review
  • Promoting our brand through community engagement and in-restaurant events
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance customer service skills among staff

Requirements and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results
  • Proven customer service experience as a manager, with a focus on excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Extensive knowledge of food and beverage (F&B) industry, including ingredients and menu options
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams
  • Acute financial management skills, with a keen eye for detail and analysis
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a senior management role within the F&B industry
