Responsibilities:
Design and developregional product line based on the Regional Special Making Unit (SMU) needs that focus on the right market demands and trends, consumer behaviors, products, and pricings
Responsible for achieving Key Performance Metric Goals such as Category-Level Sales & Margin Targets for Company's Overall Product Marketing objectives
Deep use of analytics to analyze sales, margin, retail price, cost structure, product segmentation and merchandising prerequisites of Sales Team & Distributors
Prepare Seasonal Order Sheet and consolidate Order Forecast in a timely manner, gathering all necessary information about Seasonal/Annual Product, Cost, & Product schedule
Communicate regularly with Global Footwear Product Development team to make strategic product decisions alongside Design, Development, Production, & Sales counterparts
Establish a close relationship with the Marketing Team for seasonal/annual Product & Category-Level development
Lead business presentation to discuss category direction and product line strategy. Audiences include our Distributors, Sales Team, Marketing Team, and Upper Management during key events such as Pre-Lines, Sample Reviews, & Sales Conference
Ensure proper filing, sorting, and retrievability of electronic & hard-copy documents
Additional special tasks may be assigned to this role based on team needs and business requirements.
Requirement:
Knowledge of footwear material, technology and design
Possess good commercial awareness
Analyzing data and communicating with people
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Excellent presentation skills
