**About Our Client**:
Our client is a well-know international organisation with strong global presence and rich heritage with dedicated focus on nature conservation. They are now looking for a seasoned Regional Director to look after its Pacific Oceania region.
This role is a critical senior leadership position for the organisation as part of global leadership team. Reporting directly to Head of Asia Pacific and working closely with Global MD, you will be based in Pacific Islands leading a team of 40+ sitting in different locations.
Being the face and key focal point of the organisation, you will play the active role in terms of stakeholder management in the region ranging from government bodies, political figures, other non-profits and business organisations to provide information and advice and building partnership to effectively run programs and projects.
In addition, you will be the overall regional P&L owner with full responsibilities of financial management, human resources allocation and potential fund-raising activities with the support of a strong team.
**The Successful Applicant**:
Prior overseas work experience is a plus. Knowledge and passion in conservation space will be critical.
