Position Overview:As a Client Outreach & Support Specialist, you will be pivotal in expanding our family law practice by identifying potential clients, fostering meaningful connections, and offering empathetic support. This role requires a unique blend of client acquisition expertise, counseling skills, and an understanding of the family law landscape. You will actively seek out and engage with individuals or groups in need of our services, using both a sales-oriented approach and a supportive, client-centered mindset to guide people toward essential legal assistance.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement outreach strategies to connect with clients needing family law services.Engage in community-based sales efforts to identify and build relationships with individuals or organizations who may benefit from our services.Provide initial support and empathetic listening to clients, understanding their needs and sensitively guiding them toward suitable services.Partner with community organizations, counseling centers, and support groups to build a referral network.Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that balance outreach and client care.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for new client acquisition, tracking outreach success and engagement metrics.Maintain a comprehensive pipeline of leads, providing regular reports and analyses of client engagement.Qualifications:Proven experience in client engagement, sales, or community outreach, ideally within legal, social services, or professional counseling environments.A strong understanding of family law or a willingness to learn the unique needs of clients in this area.Compassionate counseling skills, with the ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and discretion.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging clients with warmth while meeting acquisition targets.Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work both independently and within a collaborative team.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.What We Offer:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.A supportive, collaborative work environment dedicated to making a difference.Opportunities for professional growth within a respected firm.The chance to impact clients’ lives by providing crucial legal and emotional support.Application Process:If you are a results-driven professional with skills in both outreach and client counseling, and a passion for supporting families through family law, we encourage you to apply.
