Teaching Opportunity

As a dedicated educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the lives and futures of students. You will be the pillar of support for their learning and emotional needs, creating an engaging and inclusive environment that fosters growth and development.

Job Responsibilities

  • Take charge of a class of 12 students, providing guidance and mentorship to help them reach their full potential.
  • Develop and implement an engaging curriculum that caters to the diverse needs and interests of students, ensuring they stay motivated and engaged.
  • Manage daily after-school activities, promoting a culture of teamwork and camaraderie among students.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians on students' academic and welfare matters, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Address students' emotional and welfare needs, providing a safe and supportive space for them to express themselves.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan holiday workshops and activities, enhancing the student experience and creating lasting memories.
  • Assist and facilitate other job functions as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A passion for working with young children aged 7-12, with a commitment to their educational and personal growth.
  • A creative and collaborative spirit, with a willingness to learn and innovate.
  • A motivation to self-improve and contribute to the team's success, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • A degree or postgraduate diploma in education, or a related field, with relevant teaching experience.
  • Adequate capacity to tutor and assist students across various subjects, with a focus on individualized support and instruction.
