Senior/ Guest Service Assistant (Village Cluster)
Responsibilities
Work closely with the Assistant Manager to provide courteous services to guests and respond efficiently and tactfully to guests' complaints, requests, and enquiries.
Liaise with Concierge, Reception, and Front Office cashier regarding guests' arrivals and departures.
Establish contact with house guests and long-staying guests, providing assistance as necessary.
Make courtesy calls to guests to ensure their satisfaction.
Requisition and maintain stock of promotional materials for daily operations.
Ensure efficient and courteous services in baggage handling, transport, and general enquiries.
Requirements
O-Level or equivalent qualification.
Willingness to perform rotating shifts.
Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and good communication skills.
Experience in hospitality and knowledge of Opera system is advantageous.
