Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts. Understand client requirements and position tailored solutions to address their IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity needs. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer experience and providing post-sales support. Market Analysis & Strategic Insights: Conduct ongoing analysis of the Singapore IT and security market, identifying trends, opportunities, and customer demands. Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to drive solution development and explore opportunities in Data and AI. Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to maintain competitive positioning. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and product teams to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction. Work with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and sales materials for the Singapore market. Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems.
