About the role As the Resource Manager, you will play a vital role in the efficient and effective management of the company's resources across its construction projects in the East Region. This full‐time, on‐site position will involve overseeing the allocation and utilisation of key resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure the timely and cost‐effective delivery of construction projects. What you'll be doing Develop and implement resource‐management strategies to optimise the use of personnel, equipment, and materials across multiple construction sites. Coordinate and schedule the deployment of resources to meet project deadlines and requirements. Monitor and analyse resource usage, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost savings. Collaborate with project managers and other key stakeholders to ensure the timely availability of resources. Maintain detailed records of resource utilisation and provide regular progress reports. Identify and recommend solutions to address resource‐related challenges and bottlenecks. Implement and maintain systems and processes to enhance resource‐management efficiency. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the resource‐management team. What we're looking for Proven experience as a Resource Manager or in a similar resource‐management role within the construction industry. Excellent organisational and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively. Strong analytical and data‐driven approach to decision‐making. Proficient in the use of resource‐management software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross‐functional teams. Thorough understanding of construction industry regulations, processes, and best practices.
