Job Title: Support Operations Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to support our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling correspondence, assisting with invoice and delivery order issues, supporting team members with administrative tasks, and performing general clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle correspondence including emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp
  • Assist in issuing invoices and delivery orders
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks
  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document management

Requirements:

  • Minimum secondary school qualification or equivalent
  • No prior experience required, but relevant skills and knowledge are an advantage

Work Environment:

The role is available 5 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
