
Network Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the IT and security industry.
- Manage and lead a team of network sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including expanding the company's client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in network sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the IT and security industry.
- Strong understanding of network solutions and security products.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CISSP) are preferred.
