Job Title: Enterprise Engagement Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business strategies and growth through effective stakeholder engagement, trend analysis, and government initiatives.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and assess key industry, manpower challenges and skills through data analysis and trend evaluation. You will then engage strategic accounts and companies to ascertain their manpower-related and reskilling pain points and work with them to implement strategies for workforce transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess key industry, manpower challenges and skills through data analysis and trend evaluation.
  • Engage strategic accounts and companies to ascertain their manpower-related and reskilling pain points.
  • Work with companies to implement strategies for workforce transformation.
  • Suggest human capital solutions aligning with industry or enterprises' business and manpower needs.
  • Support the Industry Transformation Map (ITM) and Jobs Transformation Map (JTM) to articulate key insights and trends, particularly the Jobs and Skills pillar.
  • Implement pilot initiatives to identify proof points and use cases related to the national career health agenda.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least four years of working experience in industry engagement and business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Critical thinking and data proficiency.
  • Ability to negotiate and strategize implementation with stakeholders.
