IT Operations Specialist

Our organization is seeking an experienced IT operations specialist to drive the delivery of high-quality IT services across our global infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise IT support, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day IT helpdesk support for internal teams, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Support and maintain internal enterprise applications such as productivity tools, user access systems, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Manage and monitor servers and network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability.
  • Implement and oversee cybersecurity measures, including endpoint protection, network security, firewall configurations, and incident response.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, especially those related to technology risk management and IT audit.
  • Collaborate with global IT and security teams to align with group-wide standards and protocols.
  • Maintain documentation for systems, policies, and procedures and provide input into continuous IT improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in IT operations, systems administration, or cybersecurity.
  • Hands-on experience with helpdesk management, enterprise IT systems, and server/network administration.
  • Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity tools and practices, including firewalls, VPNs, and threat detection systems.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
