Event logistic coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule logistics delivery and setup for events.
In charge of event setup, ensuring all equipment and materials are in place and functioning.
Liaise with the logistics team, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events.
Develop and maintain timelines and checklists to ensure all logistical tasks are completed on schedule.
Monitor inventory levels of event supplies and materials, placing orders as necessary.
Resolve any logistical issues that arise during the event planning and execution phases.
Prepare post-event reports detailing successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Min Diploma/Certificate in Event Management or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in event coordination or logistics management.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, as needed.#J-18808-Ljbffr
