Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
10+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, or operations leadership roles
Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs in complex organizations
Strong understanding of digital technologies, change management, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
