Job Purpose:
Ensure smooth coordination of shipments and excellent customer service provide to customers.
Job Description:
  • Provide sales support to Sales & Customer Services Department
  • Preparing of quotation to customers, follow-up on sales enquiries
  • Taking and placing of bookings
  • Telemarketing to promote company's services
  • Coordinate all import & export shipments with overseas and local agents (in Japanese)
  • Preparing of billing to customers
  • Liaise with Carriers/Shipping Line, Co-loaders for attractive rates
  • Liaise with internal and external customers
  • Ensuring all data manifest are accurate for all shipments
  • Outdoor coordination with Japanese customers when required
  • Comply and meet the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22301 for Integrated Management System
  • Ensure achieve IMS Policy and IMS objectives
  • Other administrative and ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements:
  • At least 'O' levels with 1-2 year's relevant experience
  • Able to write and speak fluent Japanese as communication in Japanese is necessary while dealing with Japanese clients.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Able to perform in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Possess good analytical skills and team player
  • Experience in Ocean and Air freight preferred.
