Job Summary:
The Oracle ERP Engineer will provide L2 Support for Oracle ERP, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving continuous improvement in project processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and implementation of Oracle ERP projects.

Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Report and escalate to management as needed.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Successful implementation of Oracle ERP systems within agreed timelines and budgets.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience:
5-10 years of experience in project management, specifically in Oracle ERP implementations.
Proven track record of managing ERP projects from conception to completion.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
