**Role: Project Manager (Oracle ERP)**

**Employment Type: one year and extendable**

**Client: IT**

**Location: Singapore**

**Mandatory Skills**:
12+ years of IT industry experience, of which 5+ years of ERP program / project management experience, Oracle Cloud implementation preferred

Greenfield ERP implementation experience involving multiple countries / entities

Able to plan and execute project plan independently and efficiently, managing timelines, user expectations

Able to deliver projects meeting both financial and operational targets, and contractual requirements.

Must have good communication and negotiation skills.

Good people management skills, collaborate with multiple stakeholders effectively, able to motivate and assist team members to ensure successful project delivery.

**Optional Skills**:
Good knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP, technical architecture, and integration with external systems

Experience working in Global delivery model

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and manage project timelines, working alongside US and implementation partner PM

Coordinate and ensure project deliverables from Ichor are met (both business and IT).

Identify and mange project risks, escalate any decision making as needed

Prepare and present status report for key meetings (track leads, steering/executive committee)
