**Job Description & Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop solutions for critical business processes in ERP Manufacturing Suite & Business Intelligence analytical reports.
- Lead in user requirements gathering and analysis
- Document user requirements into user specifications (functional & technical)
- Develop test plan & scripts
- Conduct testing on developed functionality to ensure compliance to user specifications and internal quality assurance requirements
- Lead in user training & user acceptance testing
- Provide periodic reports to reporting manager on project progress
- Handle issue resolution in accordance to SLA
- Analyze business process issues and inefficiencies, and provide sound business solutions based on ERP (Oracle) standard capability and functionality

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 4 years in in high-tech manufacturing, with at least one round implementation cycle in Oracle SCM AND FINANCE
- 2-3 hands on project Implementination experience
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle & Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Experience in setups and technically competent
- Strong expertise in with software development lifecycles & methodologies
- Experience in Oracle Bill of Materials, Orger Management, Work in Process, Inventory, Production Planning, Demand Planning, Material Requirement Planning, Cost Management, Engineering, Quality modules
- Should be have worked in SCM (PO,INV, OM), Distribution & Service Suite;
- Oracle Reports, Forms, XML, Workflow, OAF, APEX, etc; Data Extraction and Migration
