**Responsibilities**:

- Acting as a bridge between implementation partners/consultants vs users
- Drive user discussions and conduct workshops to facilitate information gathering.
- Perform feasibility study to ascertain area of automation and recommend alternate solutions where automation is not possible.
- Analyze and solve complex customer issues related to data and processes.
- Validate user requirements vs specifications documented by Implementation Partners.
- Lead in system design and develop / oversee development of functionality according to the agreed user specifications.
- Develop Standard operating Procedure.
- Develop End User Training Manual based on Role.
- Review and work closely with end users on data migration activity (Data extraction, verification, data cleansing, reconciliation).
- Outline functional testing scenarios, validate test scripts and participate in unit and system integration tests.
- Own and Manage the Testing phases, including Planning, Execution of the Testing phases.
Manage the defect resolution process, including Conducting Triage meetings and Status reporting to the Project manager.
- Manage end user training and manage user testing.
- Handling of administrative tasks for project manager, this include
- Monitor project timeline, activities
- Co-ordinate activities and deliverables
- Schedule meetings
- Actively follow up on deliverables such as user requirement, migration data
- Assist with data migration activities, including guiding agents on data preparation, chart of account mapping, data quality review, data migration reconciliation
- Escalate issues, provide solutions where possible

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 Full Life Cycle Implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Financials) as a Hands-on Techno-Functional Consultant. Experience with EPM be an added advantage.
- Should have good knowledge of Corporate Finance Accounting, knowledge on chart of accounts, finance data model, account payable, account receivable, reconciliation and the finance accounting life cycle.
- Oracle fusion experience
- EMP experience an added advantage
- Financial Accounting knowledge
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, Attention to details
- Ability to multi-tasks, handle high data volume and tight timeline
- Designation and Salary commensurate with experience
