We’re looking for a **Techno-Functional SME**to join our corporate banking technology team, with a strong focus on **Salesforce CRM**. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and enhancing Salesforce solutions, acting as the bridge between business goals and technical execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the **design and implementation**of Salesforce CRM solutions aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive **system enhancements**and ensure seamless integration with core banking platforms.
- Analyze and optimize CRM **workflows**, identifying opportunities for efficiency and risk reduction.
- Guide internal teams and vendors with **technical leadership**and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Deliver **training and support**to end-users to maximize system adoption and effectiveness.
- Monitor **regulatory developments**and emerging tech trends in CRM, providing strategic input to leadership.
- Serve as a **liaison between IT and business teams**, ensuring clear communication and aligned expectations.
- Oversee **system testing**, resolve technical issues, and support post-implementation stabilization.
- Partner with cybersecurity to uphold **robust security standards**for CRM platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in **Information Technology**, **Finance**, or related field.
- Proven experience in a **techno-functional role**within banking/financial services, focusing on **Salesforce CRM**.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM architecture, configuration, and process flows.
- Familiar with **compliance and risk management**within the banking industry.
- Strong ability to **translate business needs into technical solutions**.
- Excellent **stakeholder communication**and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Hands-on experience in **project delivery**, from planning to execution.
