**About Our Client**:
The company is a well-known brand recognised for crafting durable and stylish products that have gained popularity among global consumers. They offer a range of items designed to enhance everyday life with their reliability and innovative features.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the Salesforce CRM program during its roll-out phase.
- Provide support and assistance to end-users with any** Salesforce CRM** inquiries or issues.
- Extract and analyze reports to aid decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with different teams to set up projects, gather essential data, and ensure smooth data flow.
- Offer expertise in **Salesforce Marketing Cloud** and **Service Cloud functionalities**, if relevant.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify opportunities for **system enhancements** and customizations aligned with business requirements.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Atleast 2 years of experience in CRM support or related roles.
- Familiarity with CRM strategy and execution, including Loyalty programs, automated personalized communications to customers, UAT testing, and report extraction.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud is a plus.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
