Corporate Real Estate Strategy Specialist

Overview
ByteDance is seeking a Corporate Location Strategy professional to support global real estate and location strategy initiatives. The role focuses on research, analysis, and strategic guidance to enable global expansion and regional business growth.
Responsibilities
Real Estate Strategy Operations: Understand the company's development strategy and business needs, provide strategic support for real estate development, and conduct location strategy analysis and spatial planning for the company's buildings across the globe.
Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis from macro national/regional levels to micro urban planning, including multidimensional information collection and qualitative/quantitative analysis of policy trends, location advantages, industry development, talent structure, industry benchmarking, and site planning.
Regularly communicate and provide feedback on research progress and results of spatial location (including with business lines and functional teams), refining strategies to ensure implementation and tracking execution effectiveness, in line with global macroeconomic and geopolitical changes and industry trends.
Utilise qualitative and quantitative methodologies, with inputs from internal sources, to advance standardized processes related to spatial location within the company.
Coordinate the management and advancement of key projects related to the company's real estate and location, supporting the overall strategic operations of the department.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and identify key trends.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a keen interest in corporate real estate and location strategy.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build partnerships across a wide range of stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Deep understanding of global and regional real estate markets, including regulatory frameworks, cost structures, and economic drivers.
Proven record of strategy planning in the field of real estate and property analysis.
Ability to zoom-out to see the bigger picture as well as zoom-in to understand the finer details interchangeably.
