Job Description Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be running the Warehousing Department and supporting the Operations Department in full spectrum of warehousing operations and logistics administrative dutiesRun, support & coordinate daily Ops and warehousing administration work and inventory and supplier orders processingCommunicate with suppliers, logistics and cargo partners in their orders, invoices, deliveries, collections planning and updatesAble to do inventory, stock lists, stock taking and operate the POS and Warehouse system.Obtaining freight charges and raw materials chargesHandle and process enquiries and orders or stock processingReceive invoices and review for accuracy, invoice matching, preparation of quotations and invoices, filing, data compilation etc when necessary.Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential mannerMaintain and order office suppliesAny ad-hoc duties as assigned to you by your superior or ManagementJob requirements Strong computer skills and Operating System skillsStrong in MS Excel and Google Sheets is a mustTeam player with initiative and high level of dedication and ability to perform under pressure.Ability to work independently under minimum supervision and proactive.Able to cope well in a dynamic and challenging work environment as well as with stress and demanding work schedules.Meticulous, highly motivated and well organized with a sense of urgency.Strong sense of responsibility with an aptitude in problem-solving and able to complete tasks assigned on a timely basis.Strong in MS Office and Computer Skills, especially Excel and Word, a must.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Customer-oriented and fluent when communicating with customers.Additional Information Career Level ExecutiveQualification Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional DegreeYears of Experience 2 yearsJob Type Full-TimeJob Specializations Operations, Warehousing, LogisticsWorking Days/Hours: 5 and a half days weekMondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pmSaturdays: 8.30am to 12.30pmBenefits & Others Medical, Annual Leave, AWS, Variable bonus, Incentives, free parkingSpecific Location Jurong, Jalan Tepong.
