Job Responsibilities Oversee daily logistical operational function and ensure KPIs are met. Identify, report on, and manage business impacts at all times. Deliver operational excellence across the logistics team. Lead and facilitate LEAN/process improvement through digitalisation for the logistics team. Support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency by identifying and eliminating unnecessary complexity within business processes. Actively monitor operational risks to foresee/identify potential problems and provide solutions to address them. Ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines. Administer and supervise staff under your charge. Perform Data Analysis, set goals, and report: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), develop strategies & roadmap, evaluate logistics and warehouse performance, and present regular reports to senior management. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in logistics/supply chain management or equivalent work experience in the logistics field. Minimum 3 years of working experience in logistics, preferably related to the aviation industry. Prior experience in managing an operation size of 50-60 personnel will be an added advantage. Good knowledge of warehouse management using SAP, inventory planning, and transport management. Good presentation skills and experience in handling industrial relations matters. Possess strong leadership skills and drive performance. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders. Problem-solving ability and proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational/supply chain issues. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and matrix organisation.
